There is no greater cause than standing with a person against the power of government.
My relationship with a client is simple – I treat you the way I want to be treated.
At the initial consultation, I will listen carefully to what you have to say and give you as much time as you need. I do not rush or pressure a potential client into hiring me. My goal is to provide a quality consultation where you get an honest opinion about your case and options. Only then can you make an informed decision on how you wish to go forward.
One of the biggest complaints against lawyers is that you can not get an
appointment, you can get them on the phone and you can not get
information. I do not practice that way. I am available to you by
appointment, phone call, text, or email. That is true 24-7. You will never
have to negotiate with the staff to communicate with me. And as the case
progresses you will have all the information that I have – that is a promise.
It is often thought that the more money you have, the better representation you will receive. Not so – at least not with me. I give my clients the very best representation possible at fair, reasonable fees. First, my experience means that you are not paying for the wasted time while I learn how to handle your case. I know criminal law – it is all I do. Second, when you hire me you are retaining my experience and skill, not overhead. Third, I limit my practice to those that need it the most. This gives me the ability to provide greater access and a one-on-one working relationship with my clients.
I charge a flat fee for representation – this can often be made with a down payment followed by monthly installments. A “flat fee” is one that completely covers representation of the case from beginning to end. The amount of the fee is based on the unique factors of each case. You can trust that there are never any “hidden attorneys fees”. The fee is agreed upon at the beginning of representation and it never changes.
