I do not rush or pressure a client in to hiring me. I will listen and give you as much time as you need. My goal is to provide a quality consultation where you get an honest opinion about your case and options. Only then can you make an informed decision on how you wish to go forward.

Access

One of the biggest complaints against attorneys is that you can’t get an appointment, you can’t get them on the phone and you can’t get information. You will never have to negotiate with staff to communicate with me. I am available to my clients by appointment, phone, text or email 24-7.

Fees

I provide the very best representation possible at a reasonable fee. My experience makes this possible – you avoid the cost other attorneys may charge for the time learning how to handle your case. I charge a flat fee for the entire case, often with a down payment followed by monthly installments. Fees are based on the unique factors of each case and never change after I am retained.
